No REFUND POLICY
Skynet Media – No Refund, No Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 2024-01-07
1. Acceptance of Terms
By making any payment to Skynet Media (including but not limited to deposits, partial payments, or full payments), the purchaser (“Customer”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully accepted Skynet Media’s Terms & Conditions. This includes acceptance of this No Refund, No Cancellation Policy, which forms part of a binding legal agreement between the Customer and Skynet Media (“Supplier”) as signed on the sale invoice.
2. Strict No Refund Policy
All payments made to Skynet Media are strictly non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

Deposits
-
Partial payments
-
Full payments
-
Pre-payments or advance orders
Once payment has been made—whether in part or in full—the Customer waives any right to request or demand a refund under any circumstances, including (but not limited to) changes in personal or financial circumstances, failure to obtain financing, business disruptions, insolvency, or any other unforeseen events.
3. No Cancellations or Exchanges
All sales are final. Skynet Media does not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or downgrades once an order has been confirmed through payment. No changes or modifications may be made to the transaction unless specifically agreed to in writing by Skynet Media at its sole discretion.
4. Non-Performance and Payment Default
Full payment is due within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of initial deposit unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to complete payment in full within this time period shall be deemed a material breach of contract, entitling Skynet Media, without further notice, to:

Cancel the sale;

Repossess or resell the equipment or software;

Deactivate any digital licenses or services issued;

Retain all amounts paid as liquidated damages;

Recover legal fees and costs, where applicable, should enforcement be necessary.
Skynet Media shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the Customer as a result of cancellation, deactivation, or reselling under this clause.
5. Waiver of Future Claims
By making payment, the Customer confirms that they understand and agree that no refund, credit, or compensation shall be available. The Customer further agrees to waive all rights to pursue any form of legal action, chargeback, or claim in relation to refunded amounts, whether through their bank, legal representation, or any regulatory authority. Skynet Media reserves the right to legally defend and recover damages and costs in the event of any such action.
6. Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Disclaimer
This policy complies with the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (South Africa), insofar as the goods sold are custom-ordered, business-to-business in nature, or involve services and software access that are activated, provisioned, or allocated upon receipt of payment. In such cases, the Customer expressly acknowledges that they are not entitled to a "cooling-off period" or right to return in terms of Section 44 of the CPA.
